It is the policy of the management of ALL Carolina Crane to encourage and promote a proactive safety culture. Management shall make all feasible and practical efforts to provide a safe and healthful place of employment for our employees, and to do everything reasonable to protect equipment and other assets from accidental losses.

Accidents interfere with the orderly progress of our work and are indications of an inefficient operation. Action must be taken to prevent losses at the lowest operating level consistent with our operating policy. ALL Carolina Crane will commit sufficient resources to improve training and increase awareness, particularly among our management and supervisors.

It is our intent to comply with all local, state, and federal safety standards, codes, regulations, and owner requirements. We expect every employee of ALL Carolina Crane to perform their jobs in a safe manner and in accordance with the procedures outlined in our safety program.

Our Field Safety policy and Procedures Manual is designed to be a reference for our projects’ safety program. It contains the information that we use to set up and administer a program that will meet Occupational Safety and Health laws, and our customers’ safety requirements.

This Policy and Procedures Manual is not merely a rewrite of the OSHA law, but rather a specific policy and guideline for ALL Carolina Crane’s work. The content has been compiled from our customers’ workplace environments and our particular work experience. We also utilize a pocket-sized safety booklet for specific directions (scaffold erection, use of eye protection, etc.), the OSHA Manual, and the regulations provided by our customers.

By managing and controlling the accidents that cause injuries and property damage, we will have safer and happier employees, higher productivity, lower costs, higher profits, and satisfied customers.
